Paper outlines the problems of providing enterprises and the population of Primorsky Region with an ecological system of sustainable water supply that assumes the collection, treatment and disposal of waste water. For these purposes on the territory of the free port of Vladivostok there is a registered resident which name is «Eastern Factory Ecolos» (LLC). The facrory started construction of treatment facilities in the created areas of advanced development. Along with the characteristics of the production-technological process, the author discloses the content of the research.
